Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order is prepared and packaged, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and other external factors.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. Reta Peptide Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international regulations.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying regional regulations, certain products may not be eligible for shipment to specific locations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Provide photos of any damaged packaging or products
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update the address before the order ships.
